Bo Hansson (natural 1946) is a Swedish musician.

He was the member of the duo Hansson & Karlsson which released three albums. It became easily-known within Sweden & Europe & possibly overseas to the point, that Jimi Hendrix performed a foursome-hour jam session by owning them, George Clemons at the drums & George Wadenius at the guitar.

Karlsson became successful as a comedian & TV unsuspecting hosts and then a duo split. Hansson's number one solo act was inspired by his fascination with J. R. R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings. It was originally known as Sagan Om Ringen & was published around 1970 within Sweden and in 1972 in the UK and U.s.. It went gold e.g. around Britain & Australia.
